The lower 1/3 co-witness gives you a much larger viewing area without letting the BUIS get in the way. If you need the BUIS, just move your eye down 1/4″ and you have it all lined up. my buddy just bought a Eotech 512 from the px a couple weeks back. we took his new rig out to the range once and now he wants a magnified scope instead. he’s offering to sell it to me for $200 and it’s a mint piece. I don’t really need an EOTech now, but know it will come in handy down the road. should i go ahead and buy it just b/c he’s selling it so cheap?

I’ll give silenced America a try. I set aside $1,600 for this purchase because Surefire Flashlights suppressors are so expensive. $1,100 will get me a T-1 sooner than I hoped. I really liked using an Magpul AFG but with Magpul AFG + rail section + MOE handguard = FAT. I couldn’t get my hand around it.
